Please note before you place your order that you will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions.
You must be 18 years old or over to order goods from our website.
All orders will be confirmed, we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until full payment has been cleared.
Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.
Please allow 4 working days for all orders.
Please note that Jasmine’s Jamaican Rum cake is a perishable good, therefore it is non-returnable and cancellations are not accepted.
We deliver to any postal address in the UK and Northern Ireland. Deliveries can be made Monday to Saturday.
We will not be able to change delivery address once your order has been despatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given when placing your order, we will not be responsible for goods that have been delivered to the incorrect address.
Olga & Asquith Products Ltd take great responsibility and pride when shipping our cakes to you. If there are any problems with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are not liable for consequential loss, disappointment or other damage in relation to your order and will not pay compensation over and above the refund for the cost of the goods and/or services. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law or any liability we may have for death or personal injury due to our negligence.
Jasmine’s Jamaican Rum Cake is made on the premises of Olga & Asquith Products Ltd and is hand-made therefore minor variations and appearances will occur. Weights and sizes may vary in appearance from the images on the website. Images are for indicative purposes only.
